1. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please do let us know by sharing clear photos and videos. We’ll take full responsibility and promptly replace the damaged part at no extra cost to you.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment methods like Credit Card, NEFT, Debit Cards, UPIs, etc..
3. Are custom made products eligible for return or exchange?
Custom made products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun. However, if your order hasn’t been processed yet, you’re welcome to cancel it by self cancelling from your account, calling us or emailing sales@humanbalance.in
4. How do I care for and maintain my chair or table?
Please refer to the maintenance instructions provided at the bottom of each product page for proper care and upkeep of your chair or table.
5. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders for offices, cafes or restaurants?
