Cancellation Policy

IF ORDER IS NOT PROCESSED

in the case that the order is not processed the user can self cancel from his account or a cancellation request can be raised by calling the helpline number or by dropping a mail at sales@humanbalance.in. 

IF THE ORDER IS PROCESSED

Incase the order has been processed and the production of the item has started then no cancellation request can be accepted under any circumstances.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Wrong Product Received

    Such instances generally don't occur as the standard operating procedure is to check the product before dispatch but if the wrong product is received then Human Balance shall have the same replaced and picked up on priority basis and all transport charges will be borne by Human Balance. The customer is required to raise the request via phone or email and should not use or assemble the wrong product received

  • Damage In Transit

    Human Balance takes full responsibility for products which are damaged in transit and the part which is damaged shall be replaced and all transport costs will be borne by Human Balance. The same should be reported within 72 hours on receipt of product delivery with valid images / video evidence of damage to be eligible for a replacement. Issues reported after 72 hours will not be accepted

  • Missing Parts

    Incase if there is any part missing in the package we would request you to reach out to us via phone or email and we shall have the same sent on priority basis and Human Balance shall bear the shipping cost involved in the same. The same should be reported within 72 hours on receipt of product delivery with valid images / video evidence of damage to be eligible for a replacement. Issues reported after 72 hours will not be accepted.

  • Product Disclaimer & Variations

    Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of our product details. As all dimensions are manually measured, there may be minor deviations. While the images provided closely represent the actual product, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting during photography or variations in your screen display. Please note that our warranty and return policy do not cover minor imperfections that align with overall design standards or flaws that do not significantly impact the product’s functionality.
