WARRANTY COVERAGE BY CATEGORY :

OFFICE CHAIRS

The below parts of the office chairs are covered under the 2 year warranty :

 

  • Mechanism, which is the core part of the chair which balances and executes all other functionality.

  • Hydraulics, which allows smooth height adjustments and supports the chair’s vertical movement.

  • Five Prong Base, which provides stability and evenly distributes weight across the chair.

  • Castors, which enable easy movement and glide the chair effortlessly across surfaces.

  • Chair Back Frame, which supports your posture and holds the backrest structure firmly.

  • Armrest, which offers a place to rest your arms and reduces strain on your shoulders.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING :

 

  • The appearance of the product or any damage that occurs from normal wear and tear over time due to its age, material, regular use or using the product beyond its intended purpose is not covered under warranty. These small changes are a natural part of how the product lives and ages with you.
  • Scratches, dents, stains, wrinkles, color fading, fabric, mesh or leather pilling, compression of foam and similar changes that happen with regular use are considered normal signs of wear and tear.
  • Arm pads, as arm pads experience the maximum abrasion so its wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

CAFE CHAIRS AND TABLES

The below parts of the cafe chairs and tables are covered under the 1 year warranty :

 

  • Structural integrity of the frame, which is covered under a 1 year warranty to ensure it stays strong and free from breakage during normal use.

  • Mechanisms like swivel and folding, which are also protected under this 1 year warranty against functional defects during regular operation.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING :
